Each embroidery comes in an interchangeable frame so you can easily swap the artwork in the future. To keep this process eco-friendly and sustainable, I use thrifted and vintage frames, giving them a second life while reducing waste. This means every frame is unique and may have a touch of character from its past.

How It Works:

1. Submit Your Photo: After purchasing, send me the photo you’d like me to recreate by emailing kjembroidered@gmail.com  please include your order number in the subject line.

2. Mock-Up for Approval: I’ll create a digital outline of your photo and send it to you for approval.

3. Revisions: If any adjustments are needed, I’ll make the changes before I begin stitching, and send back to you until we reach approval.

4. Embroidery Creation: Once approved, I’ll hand-stitch the design exactly as shown in the mock-up.

5. Shipping: When your embroidery is complete, I’ll package it carefully and ship it to you.

Processing Time:

Each piece is completely custom and handmade with care.
Processing time can take up to 4 weeks from the date of approval, depending on my current order volume.

Important Details:

Because this is a personalized, made-to-order item, no returns or refunds are accepted once the mock-up process has begun.

Frames are thrifted/vintage, so styles may vary, but they will always be high quality and complement the piece beautifully.

Finished embroidery will look exactly like the approved mock-up, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.
